Elegant semi-detached house with barbecue, private garden and community pool; located in Miami Playa, 2,700 meters from Miami beach and 17 km from the tourist town of Cambrils, in a quiet urbanization with a huge 14 X 7 meter community pool and a large community green area. The house, distributed over two floors, has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, an office kitchen and a living room with an open terrace on the ground floor that gives access to a private garden. On the ground floor there is the open kitchen, the dining room, a room with two single beds and a private garden. On the upper floor there is the bathroom and from the double room there is access to a terrace of 7 square meters. It is fully equipped and pleasantly decorated, it has a private outdoor barbecue area, next to the garden.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment or card payment. You will be reimbursed 2 weeks after check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full or in cash or in card, the same way you paid, subject to an inspection of the property

Hemos pasado unas fantásticas vacaciones en este apartamento. El proceso de reserva y las indicaciones de entrega muy sencillas. El apartamento es tal como se indica en la descripción . La entrada era a las 17:00 h y nos facilitaron la entrada antes de esa hora. Rápida atención a nuestras consultas. El apartamento era amplio y con muy buena ubicación
